1. Sprinkle half a teaspoon of crystals into a basin of warm water.
2. Soak your feet for 15-25 min. until skin is softened.
3. Scrub your feet gently with a foot brush or foot scrub.
-Use callus remover if calluses are visible.
-Foot scraper, file or pumice stone for dead skin ( on your heel ).
4. Wash with clean water & pat dry.
